ATEEZ

ATEEZ

Biography ATEEZ are a South Korean boy group formed in Seoul and managed by KQ Entertainment. The group consists of eight members: Hongjoong, Seonghwa, Yunho, Yeosang, San, Mingi, Wooyoung, and Jongho.

Before their official debut, some of the members participated in the KQ Fellaz project, through which they began gaining recognition for their dancing and performance skills. In 2018, the group adopted the name ATEEZ and officially began their career.

ATEEZ made their debut on October 24, 2018, with the mini-album Treasure EP.1: All to Zero. The title tracks were “Pirate King” and “Treasure.”

From the beginning, the group stood out for their particularly energetic style. Their concept revolved around the ideas of adventure, freedom, and the pursuit of their dreams.

They later released other chapters of the Treasure series, including Treasure EP.2: Zero to One, Treasure EP.3: One to All, and Treasure Epilogue: Action to Answer. This series helped establish a connected storyline across their albums, music videos, and performances BAD.

ATEEZ began gaining attention outside South Korea very early in their career. Their strong stage presence and complex choreography contributed to the growth of their international popularity.

Over the years, they have released numerous successful albums and songs and have participated in major festivals and international tours. Their official fandom is called ATINY, a name formed by combining ATEEZ and destiny, symbolizing the connection between the group and their fans.

One of the most important characteristics of ATEEZ is their narrative universe, often referred to as the ATEEZ Universe or World A.

Their discography tells stories centered around themes such as freedom, identity, rebellion, dreams, and travel. Their music videos frequently feature recurring symbols and references, allowing fans to connect the different albums and storylines.

The Treasure series represents an important early stage of their story. Later, with the Fever series, the group explored themes of youth, emotions, and the transition into adulthood in greater depth.

With the The World series, ATEEZ adopted an even more rebellious image. Albums such as The World EP.1: Movement and The World EP.2: Outlaw portray a dystopian society in which the protagonists seek to resist a system that restricts their freedom.
